Dear Hrvatska Zora Members,

 

 

There are some very important events coming up and it will be important that Maleni, Pripremi & Kvalitetni Folklorasi & the Orchestra are at every proba.

 

Vic Ethnofest

Kvalitetni will be performing at the Vic Ethnofest on 3rd of June. All Kvalitetni members and Orchestra are asked to attend all rehersals and make themselves available on the day.

 

Childrens International Festival
All Maleni and Pripremni members need to be at all rehersals as they are preparing for the Childrens International Festival to be held on 3rd of June at the Melbourne Town Hall from 1-6 pm. Parents and children please make yourself available for that very important event.

Practice Session Times
For Maleni & Pripremni starting time is 6:30pm,
For Kvalitetni the starting time is 8pm,
and Orkestra starts at 7pm.

Please arrive a bit earlier so we can start on time.

 

HZ to be hosts to 48 guests from KUD Gradici from Zagreb

Hrvatska Zora will be hosts to 48 members of the folkloric group KUD Gradici from Velika Gorica-Zagreb, who will be in Melbourne from 14 July to 21 July. HZ will need 24 families to help in providing accommodation to our guests. Please let Berislav know if you can help.

Anniversary Dance Function

Thank you to everyone for their support and help at the Anniversary Dance Function. More than two thousand dollars was raised on that day.

Membership Fees
Another reminder that membership fees can be paid to Gloria Juresic (treasurer) and could anyone who has not yet paid please take care of it as soon as possible. We need to finalise it so our Committee can focus on other projects.


Chocolate Fundraising
Ljubica Colina has been doing a terrific job organising the chocolate fundraising. Please see her to hand in the money from the sales of the chocolates. Thanks to everyone for helping with the sales of chocolates. This also needs to be wound up as soon as possible so we can move onto other exciting projects.
