HZ NEWS 01.12.2008

PRESENTATION-

Our presentation is on Sunday 07.12 please make sure that all members are at the centre by 9am or otherwise advised.

Girls make sure your hair is ready to go which will minimise our time before mass.

Parents please remember it is a requirement to bring a TRAY OF CAKES on the day, in order to help with our fundraising efforts.

If you haven’t already put your name down to help on the day, please approach Beri as we can always use extra helping hands on the day.

As always we will be doing a raffle on the day; if you have anything you would like to donate, please see Beri or Gloria before Sunday.

PERFORMANCES

Please be advised after our presentation we still have 2 performances to go, ALL GROUPS will be attending.

Sunday 07.12- PRESENTATION

Monday 08.12- There will be NO proba

Wednesday 10.12- There WILL be proba

Sunday 14.12- Performance at ST.ALBANS DINAMO FAMILY DAY- ALL GROUPS- time to be advised

Sunday 21.12- Mass and performance at-SUNHINE CENTRE BOOK LAUNCH- ALL GROUPS- time to be advised.

ENROLMENTS-

Enrolments for 2009 will take place on Monday 09^th of February 2009 - which will be the 1^st proba for ALL GROUPS.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Our annual AGM will be held on Monday 9^th March 2009. On this date a new committee will be chosen and all members will have the ability to vote.
